Customers with Australian medical insurance can claim cost of glasses on most health funds except HCF and MBF.

Optical prescription - fill it in on-line or forward to us by email / fax / mail. Simply ask your optometrist for a copy (making sure that your PD, distance between your pupils, is included). If you feel uncomfortable asking your optometrist for this information, we’ll gladly do it for you on your behalf.

Apart from SV lenses, we can supply Multifocal (progressive), Bifocal, Trifocal, Access, Hi Index, Grind, Tinted, Polarised, Transitions, UV, Anti-reflection, ... etc - simply list your requests in Special Instructions on the order and we'll quote for any extras.

We also offer lens replacement service - send your old frame to us and have your lenses replaced starting at $45 all up for stock SV. Your only other cost will be few dollars worth of Australia Post stamps.

WARRANTY - all goods are covered by a 12 months warranty on frames and lifetime warranty on lenses (optical properties, except scratching or breaking due to force). Optical frames and lenses comply to Australian Standard A.S.2228 Parts 1 and 2 and sunglasses comply to A.S.1067-2003.
